This will be my third PeaceMaker Paddle to steer a big canoe on a scenic and historic waterway. I am one of the few who have two reasons for participating and helping it be a successful paddle.
First, I want to see StirringWaters built so children and families living with disabilities can come to a place where no one is left on the deck, but everyone can get into the fun. Second, to have an outstanding aquatic adventure center on the campus of Lake Aurora so all the children who come here can have smiles on their faces.
Someone once said, "If it takes a village to raise a child, it takes much more than that to raise a child with a disability."
So I am hopeful you will be very generous and donate to the StirringWaters project through this PeaceMaker Paddle. Every dollar donated goes fully to StirringWaters.
