I AM MORE EXCITED NOW ABOUT STIRRINGWATERS THAN EVER! Because we are getting close enough to almost feel it.
When I ran the mile in high school I always picked up speed in the final lap. To do your best you wanted to leave it all on the track.
So Wendy and I have set our goal ambitiously because we both know the joy StirringWaters is going to make in the lives of people and families living with disabilities -- marginalized people and families living with disabilities.
We know that some of you have been involved since our first PeaceMaker Paddle on the Missouri River in 2022 and we are very grateful. It is that faithful support that has gotten us so close to starting the construction process.
Each year God continues to bless us and each year we continue working to make a difference. Your gift -- large or small -- is what will make StirringWaters happen. Remember, we are just the paddlers but the families who live a life differently are the ones who will benefit.
The opportunity to be involved runs through the end of 2024 as we are aware sometimes it is a year end gift from RMD funds.
