Help Us Break Down the Final Barrier to Inclusivity

The Mobile Sensory Area is ready to roll—but we need your help to make sure no child or family is left behind.

This late summer and fall, our Mobile Sensory Area is scheduled to hit the community, providing vital environments at local events. Because we believe that support should never have a price tag, every single service we provide is 100% FREE to the families who need us. We remove financial and physical barriers so individuals with complex needs can fully participate in community life.

Our Mobile Sensory Area features two separate, life-changing setups:

• The Calming Corner Trailer: A climate-controlled mobile trailer featuring a soothing environment equipped with interactive bubble tubes, calming lighting, weighted lap pads, and deep-pressure seating to help overstimulated minds safely decompress.
• The Comfort Station Tent: A separate, fully enclosed 10' x 10' tent equipped with portable heating/air conditioning as required. This clean, private sanctuary is designed to tend to complex sanitary needs with dignity, featuring a full-sized adult changing table, an internal hoist/lift, and a handwashing station.

We Are 60% of the Way There!

The total project cost to completely build, equip, and launch this vision is $31,600. Thanks to a generous grant from the Peace River Electric Cooperative Operation Round Up and our incredible early supporters, we have already secured 60% of our funding!

Now, we are launching this final community campaign to cross the finish line, fully equip both spaces, and get the Mobile Sensory Area on the road before our late summer events begin.

How You Can Help Fuel the Journey

Every dollar raised goes directly toward completing the final assembly, equipping, and specialized installation costs for the Mobile Sensory Area. Whether you are an individual community member or a local business, your gift ensures total inclusivity:

• $50 - $100 helps furnish the interior sensory items (weighted pads, interactive lighting, and tactile tools).
• $250 helps with the portable AC/Heat units to keep the Comfort Station tent safe and comfortable in any weather.
• $500 helps secure the heavy-duty power generator required to run the entire mobile footprint smoothly at local festivals.
• $1,000 helps fund the critical commercial Braun wheelchair lift system and installation so the trailer is fully accessible to everyone.
• $1,500+ (Corporate/Civic Sponsor): Sponsor a major share of this vital community resource! We will proudly place your business logo or organization name right at the front of the trailer, showing every family that you paid the price so they don't have to.

Our Goal: Fund the remaining 40% of our $31,600 project before late summer. The Impact: Giving individuals with mobility, sensory, and complex care needs total access to community life, privacy, and dignity.
